| This
adventure begun the day I first saw a real Briard. Shortly later
Búngaro de Dasilva came home , and that was the biginning of my
experience on dog-shows. I soon realized that Briards are very versatile dogs, and enroled me in a Agility Club. I started later with other kinds of work (RCI-IPO). This, put together with breeding, made me feel this breed on all its aspects. Amateur but responsible breeding is my main goal, I have few litters per year , carefully selecting the matings and rejecting for breeding those dogs who are likely to pass on some defect to their offspring. All our dams and sires are Hip-Dysplasia free (A or B degrees), according to an official certificate issued by Prof. Genevois from France. The parents are too tested for Congenital Stationary Night Blindness by means of a DNA test made by Genetics Department in Veterinary Faculty of Universidad Complutense of Madrid. |
